1. Who these terms are with

This store is operated by Emanuel Conti, trading as Voyat, Viale Croce Rossa 25, Palermo. These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from it.

2. Products

Key characteristics, dimensions, box contents, price and safety information are shown on each product page. Photographs are illustrative and colours can vary between screens; where a detail matters, rely on the written specification.

Cabin baggage allowances differ between airlines, fare types, aircraft and routes, and change without notice. We publish exact dimensions so you can check them against your carrier. We do not guarantee that any bag will be accepted as cabin baggage on any particular flight.

3. Orders and when the contract forms

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. If a product turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you promptly and refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include everything you pay. Shipping is free. We are not registered for Australian GST, so no GST is charged. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. You must be authorised to use the payment method you select.

5. Delivery

Dispatch times, delivery windows, tracking and the handling of delayed or missing parcels are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Returns and refunds

Change-of-mind returns, faulty goods, refund timing and cancellations are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under that law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Safe use

Use the product and the manual pump only as described in the instructions and in our Product Safety page. Keep packaging and plastic bags away from children. Risk of suffocation. The compression bag is not a toy and must never be placed over the head or used to enclose a person or an animal.

9. Intellectual property

Text, graphics, trademarks and site content belonging to Voyat or its licensors may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without permission, except as the law allows.

10. Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Where events outside our reasonable control cause delay, we will keep you informed and apply the remedies the law provides.

11. Personal information

How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. This does not deprive you, as a consumer resident in Australia, of the protection of the Australian Consumer Law or of any other mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.

13. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect legal or operational changes. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
