Where goods ship from

Products are dispatched directly from our supplier's warehouse in China to your address in Australia. We say this openly because you deserve to know it before you buy, not after: it is why delivery takes longer than a domestic Australian retailer, and it is reflected in the delivery windows published in our Shipping Policy.

Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in Australian dollars. The price shown at checkout is the full amount you pay. We are not registered for Australian GST, so no GST is charged and no GST is shown on your receipt. Goods imported into Australia with a customs value under A$1,000 are not subject to import duty, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery.

Product information

We keep product descriptions, dimensions and specifications as accurate as the information available to us allows. Photographs are indicative: colours can appear different depending on your screen. Where a specification matters to your purchase, such as fitting a particular laptop or meeting a particular airline's cabin allowance, please read the written specification rather than relying on an image.
