Email is the fastest way to reach us and the best way to keep a record of your request. We answer all enquiries within 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

We operate from Europe (Central European Time), roughly 8 to 10 hours behind Australia depending on the season, so a message sent in your morning is usually answered while you sleep.

When you contact us about an order

Please include your order number and a short description of the problem. If the item arrived damaged or is not what you expected, attach photos of the product and of the packaging. It lets us resolve things in one exchange instead of five.

Do not send anything back to us before you have contacted us and received return instructions. Items returned to the wrong address cannot be tracked, refunded or recovered.
