About Voyat

Voyat sells one thing well: a cabin backpack with a vacuum compression system that lets you pack a week into a bag that keeps its shape at the gate.

What we are

A small online-only store selling to customers in Australia. There is no warehouse in Sydney, no showroom, no call centre. There is one product, an email address that a person reads, and specifications published in writing rather than implied by a photograph.

How the product reaches you

Orders are dispatched directly from our supplier’s warehouse in China to your address in Australia. That is why delivery takes 5–13 days rather than two. We publish it on the product page, in our Shipping Policy and in our Legal notice, because you deserve to know it before you buy, not after.

We operate from Europe, roughly 8 to 10 hours behind Australia. A message sent in your morning is usually answered while you sleep.

What we will not claim

Compression removes air, not weight. Nothing gets lighter at the check-in desk, and we say so on the product page rather than letting the word “compression” do the implying.

We do not guarantee that any bag will be accepted as cabin baggage on any particular flight. Allowances differ between airlines, fare types, aircraft and routes, and change without notice. What we can do is publish the exact dimensions — 40 × 25 × 18 cm empty — so you can check them against your carrier yourself.

The shell is water-resistant. It is not waterproof and should not be submerged.

We do not publish review counts we do not have, and we do not show a crossed-out “was” price for an amount nobody was ever charged.

Where we stand on returns

We do not accept change-of-mind returns, and we say so before you buy rather than burying it. Please choose carefully, and ask us anything first.

If the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or develops a functional defect, that is our responsibility and we cover the solution in full. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in our policies limits them.
