Who you are writing to
Voyat is a small independent store shipping to customers across Australia. There is no call centre and no outsourced help desk — a real person reads and answers every message.
We operate on Central European Time, roughly 8 to 10 hours behind Australia depending on the season, so a message you send in the morning is usually answered while you sleep.
Writing about an order
Please include your order number and a short description of the problem. If the item arrived damaged or is not what you expected, attach photos of the product and of the packaging — it lets us resolve things in one exchange instead of five.
Do not send anything back before you have contacted us and received return instructions. Items posted to an address you found elsewhere cannot be traced, refunded or recovered.
Your rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If something has gone wrong, tell us — we would far rather hear about it and fix it than have you leave unhappy.
