Read this before your first trip. The Voyat AirPack includes an airtight compression liner and a manual hand pump, and both need a little care.

Airtight liner — keep away from children

The compression liner is an airtight plastic bag. Keep it away from babies, children and pets, both when in use and when stored. An airtight bag placed over the face can block breathing. Never allow a child to climb inside the liner or play with it. Store the liner rolled and out of reach.

This is luggage, not a toy

The backpack, the liner and the hand pump are travel equipment for adults. They are not toys and are not designed for children to play with. The pump contains small moving parts.

Do not vacuum-seal food

The compression liner is intended for clothing and soft textiles only. It is not food-grade and must not be used to store, seal or preserve food of any kind.

Pack dry, not damp

Compress only clean, fully dry items. Sealing damp clothing in an airtight liner traps moisture and causes odour and mildew. After each trip, open the liner fully and let it air dry before storing it.

Compression reduces bulk, not weight

Removing air makes soft items smaller. It does not make them lighter. A fully packed bag can still be heavy to carry, and airlines weigh cabin baggage as well as measuring it. Check the weight, not only the size.

Water resistance has limits

The outer shell is water-resistant and handles ordinary rain and splashes. It is not waterproof. Do not submerge the bag, do not leave it standing in water, and do not rely on it to protect electronics in heavy or prolonged rain.

Care and cleaning

Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash, do not tumble dry, do not iron and do not dry clean. Keep the bag and the liner away from open flame, heaters and other direct heat sources: the fabric and the liner are synthetic and can melt or deform.

Cabin baggage is the airline’s decision

The empty backpack measures 40 × 25 × 18 cm. Cabin and under-seat allowances differ between airlines and can change without notice. Check the written limits for your specific flight before you travel. We cannot guarantee that any airline will accept the bag.

Where your order ships from

Products are dispatched directly from our supplier’s warehouse in China to your address in Australia. Voyat is the seller and is responsible to you for the product under the Australian Consumer Law.

Reporting a safety concern

If you believe there is a safety problem with anything you received, stop using it and email hello@voyat.store with your order number, a description and clear photos. We will respond within 2 business days. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by anything on this page.
